Erosarrow05
The lowering of the gate price only shows that Six Flags is acknowledging the slowing economy and rising fuel costs. In my opinion, this can only be spun positively. A family of four can now save essentially an entire admission with this price reduction (if they purchase online up to 60 dollars)... I am curious to see if any of the Cedar Fair properties lower gate prices at all. With all that 'integrity' they pour into the gate price i doubt we will be seeing that anytime soon, but one can hope. Although I suppose this is the same integrity that "had" to raise food prices by a nickel to cover rising food costs... Could you ever see Denny Crane, er, Dick Kinzel at the coin star machine at Kroger cashing in all his nickels???? (That just paints a funny picture in my head lol)
