The Interpreter
http://www.variety.com/article/VR111798641...d=2520&cs=1 And I STILL say the studio parks will do fine, perhaps even better than ever before, while the regional, seasonal parks suffer. People will forfeit the trip to the local park long before they give up the BIG trip to Disney or Universal. I still strongly believe Messrs Shapiro and Kinzel couldn't possibly be more wrong about high gasoline prices benefitting their seasonal parks. I think they know it, too; else the price reductions would not have already started...before Memorial Day, at both chains.

I can't remember any seasonal parks ever running specials before regular operation starts?
Lake54321
Just knowing that even more foreign people will be visiting WDW & Universal will make me think twice about going. Most of them are very RUDE and don't follow any rules or follow directions while cutting lines, pushing & then looking at you like your the one doing something wrong. That's the ONLY complaint I have about visiting these places!

That's the ONLY complaint I have about visiting these places! Oh WOW. I thought the days of the "Ugly American" were a day of the past. I've never seen what you have described at any tourist attraction or park in this country. If you've been to Europe, you know very well that it's a much more structured environment. (as far as following directions) You can accuse European and Asian individuals of many things but not following rules is not one of them. In fact, the foreign visitors are usually far better behaved than many of the so called US Citizens that visit the country.
