Hello all, new here. But a KI fan, love the rides! still think food/drink prices to high, but that's another subject. Last week while at KI Wed and Friday night we noticed a wheel sitting on the side of the track (right side of the car) at the end of the ride, just as you slow down before you get back.... Anyone else notice?

There are three wheels on each side of the train mounted underneath the station floor, parallel to the tracks. They are called the "kicker wheels." And depending on the case and time of year as well as how the ride is running, be turned on to move the train forwards or backwards. There is another set right after the starting turn around at the turn table that are used to take trains off and back onto the main track from the maintenance side track.

makes sense... thank you for the info. Got a little worried, wondering if the train was missing something! The ride rode fine, fun as always. Great ride, like it better than the SOB
