Vote for the scariest 5 rides in the world(of all parks, ride's style, etc...)?

Featured Replies

From all kinds of rides, parks, etc in the world, what are the top 5 scariest? please, vote for 5. I'm interested to know your opinion.

First, welcome aboard.

Second, this should be in polls and not Other Amusement Parks and Industry News.

Third, why Top Thrill Dragster and not Kingda Ka? You haven't been here long enough to do it just to nudge me! :) Why Goliath? WHICH Goliath? Why no Behemoth or Nitro? Or Texas Titan?

Fourth, what is a scary ride? To me that would only mean one that is not properly designed, operated and/or maintained.

Anything on the Stratosphere Tower is scary. They could put the Grand Carousel up there and it would scare the hayall out of me.

The only rides that have ever bothered me since I was 8 are Ferris Wheels (when they are stopped, I ride them whenever I can, but it still gets to me a little) and Drop Towers on the way up (I blaim my wife for this, they used to never bother me).

When I was at Stratosphere all the rides were closed due to wind, so I didn't get to try them :(. XScream may have gotten to me ;).

My vote is for Little Bill's Giggle Coaster.

Seriously, a lot of "scary" rides missing from this poll.
