Guest rcfreak339
Well if you are healthy and fit enough to ride there is no age limit. Just ask this man that rode the Voyage! http://www.holidayworld.com/holiblog/2008/...-voyage_22.html
Monroe
Ruth Voss would say there is no age to be too old. As a matter of fact, she thought it to be therapeutic for her arthritis to ride The Beast. And for heavens sake don't call her old, she may have passed on but she will let you know that she is not old.
yournamehere
When I was at Knobles there was a guy that looked to be in his late 80's to early 90's that went on the Phoenix with his grandaughter. He didn't look that in shape either.
BavarianBeatle
Well, I love that story about The Voyage. Ironically, the kids and I were at Holiday World today.........I hope I'm still able to do ride things like that in 42 years.... But "old" is a state of mind more than anything else... Age is a number, which relects nothing more then the date that you were born. When I'm at amusement parks and riding rides, I'm the same "age" as my children...... Mr. Coastermania
Hmmmm that would make for a great tv ad for Kings Island.Always a kid at heart no matter what age.
The Interpreter
And if the park DID stop the "old" guy solely because of his age, it would be in violation of several laws and regulations....Yet, in Japan, you are not allowed to ride rollercoasters once you attain the ripe old age of.....50. On another note, one of my coworkers at the park said 'scuse me ma'am' all I could think, was, I'm not that old!!!
KIBeast
I know what you mean. I hate it when people call me sir. I always politely tell them I'm not old enough to be a sir. I remember reading somewhere that there were several "older" folks driving to Cedar Point when Top Thrill Dragster opened.

Not to disparage anyone else that has held the position since she was around, but there really was no one better.
