PKIVortex Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 So I took my two nephews on Skyflier today. We got tickets this morning for 5 dollars a piece. We went back this evening and rode, and since it was there first time riding I decided to buy a video. Well comes to find out after we got home and played the video it's not us, it's the group before us. I am very upset as this video cost 14.99 plus tax. What should I do? I am planning on calling KI but I'm not sure who to talk too. I believe they owe me a refund, I'm not wasting that kind of money on it since its not even us in the video.
