Halloween Haunt and Howl-O-Fest Are in Full Swing, Fright Feast, Diamondback, Season Passes & More!

Kings Island continues its tradition of fright by night and fun by day in October as the park presents Halloween Haunt, a terrifying experience for grown ups and the all new Howl-O-Fest for kids during the day.

Halloween Haunt, one of the largest Halloween attractions in the Midwest, returns to Kings Island in 2008 and features some of the most intense mazes in which anyone has ever dared to step foot. The newest attraction is the all new Urgent Scare, a 3,666ft maze themed to a small town that is infected by a virus that seems to take over the minds of the townspeople. You must make it through the town's hospital -a hospital that NO ONE would want to visit- if you want to make it out alive.

Halloween Haunt contains violence, graphic scenes and adult-oriented imagery. It is not recommended for children under the age of 13. The Haunt rises from the dead every Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 1am and is included FREE with park admission and is FREE to season pass holders. To purchase discount tickets, click here.

Before darkness falls over the park you and your kids can celebrate Halloween family-style with Kings Island's all new Howl-O-Fest! Kids will be invited to participate in many activities such as a hay bale maze, costume parade, dance party and many other kid-friendly Halloween activities. Howl-O-Fest is held on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-5pm and is located in the picnic grove immediately next to Kings Island's award winning Nickelodeon Universe.

Kings Island's Diamondback will debut in April of 2009. Billed as the tallest and fastest coaster in the park, it features ten vertical drops and an incredible splashdown effect.
