That park has been talked about for years.

I think that it's just a concept.

Who knows if it will ever come to reality.

Water parks just are not very popular in Georgia, for some reason. Six Flags does fairly well, but that's the only one that is even somewhat comparable to the Beach or WaterWorks. <G>
