The Interpreter
One of the best contributors on youtube has added an EXCELLENT Palisades Park video, just yesterday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXiKji0EkbY His description: Here is a clip of an original Palisades Park commercial along with some excellent footage of the Cyclone roller coaster. Palisades Park was located in Cliffside, NJ, across the Hudson River overlooking Manhatten, NY. The park closed in 1971. Warning: Terpy is not responsible if you, like Terpy did, end up crying at the end...

Monroe
Monroe who started crying before he opened the link, because he knows what was inside. I have only been to Palisades Park twice, but I loved every minute of it. And just think, Coney Island Board Walk is a buzz with "PROGRESS". Let us be thankful for what we still have close to home. CoastersNSich
Wow, seems they had both a sky ride and a monorail in its later years.... surprised how modern the place mustve been when it closed down. CNS, who isn't totally sure when the golden age of the amusement parks would be, but doubts that now is that time.
