If it's something they do every year, like the article says, the headline is very misleading.

I'm sitting here with a picture of Big One at my desk... It's the December picture of my roller coasters calendar! Looks fun.

But yeah, I wouldn't say it's been "dismantled". Dismantled is what was done to X-Flight and Dominator to move them. Big difference.

Although the picture shows the crane removing a track section. So its more than just some fresh paint.
