Wow, just shaking my head at how some people think and how the world should bend over backwards to serve them.

It's hard to avoid being political about this one. I applaud people who try to accommodate as many people as possible. The problem is avaricious lawyers looking for every possible, tiny violation, and getting people emotional about it enough to sue, sue, sue!
