Carowinds to Hold Job Fair on February 7

The Park is Continuing to Hire for its 37^th Season of Operation

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Feb. 3, 2009) —Carowinds, a 112-acre amusement and water park located off of I-77, will hold a Job Fair on Saturday, February 7 from 10am-2pm at the Carowinds Employment Office. An online application found at www.jobs4fun.com must be filled out previous to arriving at the Employment Office. On-site interviews will be conducted for all departments and levels. The park plans to hire more than 2,100 seasonal associates for its 37^th season of operation.

Associates will be hired to fill seasonal positions in the areas of food and beverage, rides, games, merchandise, admissions, marketing, aquatics, security, warehouse, cash services and guest services. Those wishing to apply must be at least 15 years of age or older, however, all 15-year-old positions have been filled as of the moment. Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Employment Office is located behind the Park on Catawba Trace Boulevard.
