We are working with Ride Vendors to assist in getting the rides operational. The Blue Streak may not come online until the following year due to the additional work and repair expenses.

Operating hours for 2009 will be announced once the status and dates of the Park's opening have been determined.

Though I want to be hopeful, I will believe it when and if I see it.

Thats great news! I was told that it wasnt reopening at all.

Woohoo!!! It just made my Parks of Pennsylvania Tour list...hopefully! Mrs. Gator used to go there as a kid. It, along with Idora Park, were her two home parks, so it will be nice for her to visit again (and me for the first time). Hopefully they get this up and running.

It would be ideal if they could get Blue Streak going this year. Do I hold off going until 2010 when they may get it up... but then there's the chance the park may not reopen that year? I think I'll go in 2009, Blue Streak or not. Even if we don't do the Parks of PA trip, Conneaut's only an hour away from Mrs. Gator's family reunion in Butler, PA...
