The latter would take a miracle of somewhat biblical proportions. The first, I will be surprised if it isn't included.

What? Not getting a snide reply from me?

Gigglesnort!

I'm fairly sure that the majority of the KIC population has realized that no amount of miracles will ever prevent snide replies from you :D

Trimless rides on The Beast are not possible unless the magnetic trims are removed.

Therein lies the key. They could make it happen for us if they wanted to. However, I strongly suspect no amount of begging and pleading would get the maintenance guys to go unbolt the trims, which is why I stated the biblical proportions remark.

Oh, to own Kings Island. I admit, those wouldn't be the first to go, the ones on The Racer would, then the ones on The Beast. The brake shed would be a completely different experience, and the first two sets and the helix brakes would be no more. To dream...deedle dee deedle dee dee...the imposible dream.

Flyer, who is now awake again.

Better go back to singing about the Impossible Dream.

At least as long as the park is located in the state of Ohio, the trim brakes will not be leaving at least one of those two coasters, and perhaps neither. That is if you intend to operate the coasters for the public. That'd be not unlike taking a train backwards into time, due to certain recommendations....uh, nostalgia.

Trimless rides on The Beast are not possible unless the magnetic trims are removed. But remember, on December 21, 2012, they say the magnetic poles of the Eatrh will reverse themselves.... On opening day of 2013, those trims may speed us up rather than slowing us down........ LOL!!!!

So then in 2013, the launches on FoF and BLSC would propel us backwards? I'm there! I'll just avoid Drop Tower...:lol:

Oh, I hate recommendations, restrictions, and anything that involves politics in the amusement park business. If a park wants to install a coaster with single position lap bars, no seat belts, skid brakes, no trim brakes, and a vertical 6 airhill, they should be able to do it. deedle dee deedle dee dee...doo dum de dum...deedle dee deedle dee dee dee.

Flyer, who will someday have a coaster with such statistics in his backyard...someday...oh, yes...he will. Even if it kills him...oops, bad choice of phrasing. Yikes!
