RiSK Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 There was a guy in a blue suit, and im pretty sure he was a rep from Huss.. he didnt speak a single word, and just simply stared.... not at anything particuliat, but just stared. And every run, he would be in a different place. lol, it was freaking me out. Quote
FOF Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 He was a Huss guy he stayed in the booth the whole time. Quote
teenageninja Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 He's making sure that the ride is performing the way it is supposed too. I don't see that as a problem. Quote
SOB_TOM Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 I would rather see a rep of the company out there making sure the rides running at peak performance. How was media day anyway? Quote
CYoung2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 what else is he supposed to do?? all he was doing is overseeing the operation of the ride and if there was a problem he, along with pki's maintenance would tend to the problem, all they were probably needing there was a pro from huss. Quote
RiSK Posted April 11, 2003 Author Posted April 11, 2003 heh, you all are missing the point. He didnt say a word, and simply stared... its obvious you have no sence of humor... or perhaps didnt get the joke at all Quote
FOF Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Thats good in a way he didn't say a word or do anything, that means the ride is running good. Quote
Shaggy Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Well, he is from Germany. I thought he was just avoiding trying to speak poor english. Shaggy Quote
Beastfreak Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Or he had learned howto speak proper english and was flustered with all this "slang" and semi-southern draw (only if kentucky people were there) so he decided to remain silent. Quote
Guest Kaiser Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Did any of you try talking to the man? My friend went last Saturday and he said a man from Huss was there (I suppose the same dude) and my friend said that he just started a conversation with him. So, maybe you should have tried talking to him. By the way, did any of you get your pictures in the paper? Quote
RiSK Posted April 11, 2003 Author Posted April 11, 2003 im from Dayton, i dont think any of my pics would be in there Quote
Guest Kaiser Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 Oh, well this is from a Cincinnati newspaper but you were up there. Right? Quote
Tanner Posted April 12, 2003 Posted April 12, 2003 Yeah I noticed him too yesterday. I was interviewed by the Enquirer, but Im not sure if I'm in it or not. Quote
RiSK Posted April 12, 2003 Author Posted April 12, 2003 yea, i was there. Just am almost sure any Dayton crews were there (except fox 45, but that tv spot was dumb....) Quote
Guest Kaiser Posted April 12, 2003 Posted April 12, 2003 Tanner, my friend was too. If you don't mind me asking. Who are you? Quote
