Actually I belive that the dorms are used only for International students and no one else. I could be wrong though. It's not that great actually, the dorms at UC really suck (excpet for the new hall) and you have to ride metro to and from the park, so you better not miss the bus.

Oh, and as for Oscars... the food is the same as the park, nothing really exciting about it. We don't get it dirt cheap either, just at-cost.
