Hey Everyone,

So I've been to the park dozens of times...but I need to check up on a few things.

How much is regular admission?

I'm bringing a girl with me that I'm plannin on asking her to be my girl, ya know haha, where would be the best place to ask her...I'm kinda thinking the Eiffel Tower but thats a bit cliche.

When should we go to BB?

What slides at BB are a must ride?

Which flat ride is a must ride for the two of us?

How much are lockers this year?

Where should we get the lockers?

Any other info that you'd like to give me, feel free to share!

If you're going to be there find me :)

~its over $40 but sometimes if you go online, or to Kroger or local Credit Union you can get them cheaper (the one in my hometown charges $28)

~awww... I didn't know you were gonna ask me! lol j/k but it is cute. how bout maybe while going up in Drop Tower, or while doing skyflyer or slinghshot lol

When should we go to BB?

~right when it opens at 11 or right before it closes at 7:30 the middle of the afternoon is the busiest

What slides at BB are a must ride?

~the funnel totally. and the huge scary wedgie one too!

Which flat ride is a must ride for the two of us?

~drop zone :P (i hate spinny rides ask someone else :P)

Where should we get the lockers?

~if you can, i suggest just going out to the car. its a lot easier and cheaper :)

~Have fun and text me! :D lol <3

^you know it would be kinda funny if she was a member on these forums.

and really the only question i can answer for you is the one about flat rides, i personally love Drop Tower and Delirium, and give the crypt a chance, i haven't got a chance to ride it with the new program, but you should still ride it.

I'm not too much of an authority on park admission, BB, or lockers in the park, so I'll refer you to KI's website for those matters.

As pertains to flat rides - If you like to be thrilled then check out Delirium and Drop Tower. Classic flat rides can be found in Coney Mall if you're into those rides.

In regards to popping the question - The patio area of Outer Hanks right up against the pond (especially after feeding the fish and/or geese) might just be the perfect place to ask her. Across the pond and up against it where the R/C boats used to be might also be a good place too. If she likes fireworks and you're planning on going on a day that closes at 10PM or later then anywhere that you can see the fireworks might be the place to ask her.

Hope this helps!

EDIT: P.S. - Let us know what she says!

I remember about a month ago, some guy proposed to his wife on the Eiffel Tower. Park employees helped him out with some decorations.

I think popping the question on I-street beside of the fountain (at night) would be super sweet ;) This is actually my favorite view of it:

Story time!

On this day, 13 years ago..my friend Adam and I went to Kings Island with my parents. I was 18, he was 20. We had been friends for a while. Anyways, my parents cut us loose to ride, while they enjoyed sitting around people watching. As we were heading back for the evening to go home, we were in the Coney Mall section. Right in front of The Racer and Shake Rattle & Roll...he grabbed my hand. At that moment he asked me to start dating him :)

6 months later we became engaged, 13 months after that we married...and here we are a mere 3 weeks from celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary.

I know..sappy. But we will always hold a special place in our hearts for the Island ;)

Is it bad that I'm kinda excited to try the new program of the Crypt out?

I'll post a TR probably late tomorrow night or Thursday.
