Dear Russ,

My name is Gretchen Miller and I am a researcher for Morningstar

Entertainment in Burbank, CA. We are currently working on a show called

"Them Park Secrets" which is a 3-part series for the Travel Channel. We

will be coming to Kings Island in Ohio the week of June 22nd. We will most

likely be there on June 27th. We are doing a behind-the-scenes look at

Tomb

Raider.

I am writing to you because we are looking for people to participate in the

show. Basically, we follow people as they ride the attraction and then

interview them afterwards. The day will include free admission to the

park.

Once we are done filming participants may continue to spend the day at

King's Island. Please let me know if anyone in your organization would be

interested. If so they may contact me via email along with a photo of

themselves.

ME and my mom arnt quite getting this I mean like it says email me if your organisation is interested what does that mean? Organisation? i dont have an organisation Im confused Im a blonde can someone explane. Becasue I really want to do this because on tomb raider day I had wizard of Oz try outs and for Dileriem the spots where takin up.

That email where it says organization was emailed directly to ACE so they could send it out to their members around PKI. They left it on the email so people could see what they wanted.

After like five days I finally got an email back and I'm going. I'm so happy they just made my day who else is going? Just wondering.

The lady told my dad (over email) to come in from the south gate isn't that the main gate? I may be a HUGE idiot but I'm just wondering since we have to be there by 7:30 AM witch is WAY too urly.

Then why don't you just join ACE? It's a great club, it has great publications, and it's worth all of the benefits you receive.

Well on this sneak "crap" non ACE members are able to do it so don't complain. I am not an ACE member only because it cost 50 BUCKS that's a lot and I already have passes. So its fine with me.

yeah ACE is amazing. I wanted to join but also my parents wouldn't let me join. Even for this event, you don't have to be an ACE member which is really cool, sounds awesome, can't wait to watch it.

My dad thinks that we're going to get there and not be able to get in so I have to ask. Do we just go through the parking thing and tell them that we're doing the Travel channel secret thing?

And it starts at 7:00 AM I have to wake up at 4 in the morning that means.

Wow, I'm going and I'm so excited! I live four hours away from the park, but I'm still going to go. The woman from the travel channel says that we get to stay all day, and I am psyched. I get to ride TR:TR without having to wait in line and I get to stay all day! I will make sure to tell everyone about it too. I bet that it's great.

Yeah I am excited too. I can't wait. I'm glad that I'm not the only one from PKIU going.

I will be there by myself as Mrs. Chef has to work and none of my friends loves PKI enough to take vacation day for the event.

Who else will be there?

If anyone wants me to sign their book or just chat after the filming, I'd be honored.

Additionally.......I'd really appreciate some company as there's only one car in my family and I have to wait for Mrs. Chef to pick me up after work.

Does anyone know how long the shoot is? I'm guessing it is going to be until the park opens. Any guesses?

I'm sure it will be longer. These types of shoots tend to be long because of positioning cameras and all that. It still is a lot of fun though.

Does anyone have any guesses how many times we will have to ride it? I can't wait(exclamation point)

Hey! Guess who gets to work security that morning! I DO! I'll see you all there... I have to clock in by 6:30am and I don't get to leave till 8:15pm! I love PKI! Oh, btw, I was told that Discovery Channle was coming in to film Delirium... oh well, I guess I will see on Friday morning.
