August 1, 200917 yr Anyone who ever went to Rocky Glen Park in its heyday can still visualize a ride on the Million Dollar Coaster, a shootout at Ghost Town in the Glen or WARM Days at the Glen. Bob Savakinus, Shannon Keith and Mark Migliore have brought those memories back to life. The three have produced a documentary – “Rocky Glen Park” – that will be shown at a premiere set for 2 p.m. on Aug. 15 at the Trolley Museum, Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton. Copies of the documentary will be available for purchase after the screening and during a reception. The event is free and open to the public. “Many people have good memories of Rocky Glen Park,” Savakinus said. “I hope this documentary will reopen the park in their minds and hearts, if even for a short time.”... http://www.timesleader.com/news/Go_west__y...08-01-2009.html
