Yes, that's what it said.

When you apply you get a email stating this....

"Your application is currently under review by the Divisions you expressed interest in. You will be contacted by them if they are interested in speaking with you further."

That's what I received and didn't get a call so I went anyways. They ask if you applied online, then after a short audition I was hired. So I guess they just want you to come in.

"Without Appointment" means cattle call :P or for you youngins, its come in and then you'll get your appointment.
