July 7, 200323 yr Yesterday, I took a survey on thrillresearch.com, the Paramount Park feedback and research site. The survey was about future additions to the park. The survey asked everything from how much theming affects a ride to what makes a good coaster. It also asked about how one feels about traditional amusement park rides. Also, it asked what Paramount movies would be a good premise for a ride name/theming. Most importantly, it asked for opinions on new attractions. Some of the options were a new kids area, an expansion to water works, a wooden coaster, a non-looping steel coaster, a looping steel coaster, and a shark encounter. Also, one question dealt with an in-park Christmas celebration, that sounded like they might be thinking about bringing Winterfest back. Check out the survey here . July 7, 200323 yr I saw it too. I was almost done taking it when it said "server busy" and it kicked me off. I'll try again later. They had some pretty interesting rides and ideas this time.
July 7, 200323 yr I took it. It was a cool survey. It seems like they're really angling to try to compete with Universal and Disney.
July 7, 200323 yr How do I sign up for the panel? You can sign up for the survey at ThrillResearch.com.
July 7, 200323 yr This is your chance if you want a new rollercoaster. Go speak up and maybe the park will listen to you.
July 7, 200323 yr Yeah i agree mars if you want something at the park now is your chance to ask for it!
July 7, 200323 yr This sucks that I work for PKI, I would love to fill out the survey, but I don't think employees are allowed to.
July 10, 200323 yr This sucks that I work for PKI, I would love to fill out the survey, but I don't think employees are allowed to. Well, I took the survey and it's anonymous. I don't work at PKI, but I can't see how they'd know whether or not you took it. They don't ask for a name or anything, just take the survey, don't sign up for the panel. They'd never be able to tell whether or not it was you.
July 10, 200323 yr If you are taking the survey about a new ride or what the park should do next.... have at it. If they are doing a survey on say "Busytown Grill" and you work at Busytown Grill, don't take the survey because that is a little biases. The surveys are soley to see what people want. If you work in the park and come to the park to "play" then you should have an opinion on what you want the park to get.
