Dbfan Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 I just learned today that I have a chance at going to Kings Island next Sunday. I have never been there during a weekend/ holiday. (I only go on weekdays usualy). What will the crowd be like and will it be worth going? Quote
The Interpreter Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 As always, much depends on weather. That Sunday is often very busy, but not as busy as the Saturday before. Monday, by comparison, is less busy. Usually. Quote
KI FANATIC 37 Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Well no matter what the crowds are like, have fun!! Quote
Diamondback FOF Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Whic is usually less busy- that Sunday or Monday? Quote
The Interpreter Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Normally Labor Day is far less busy than the day before. . .on Labor Day the out of towners are busy driving back home to labor the day after. Quote
BavarianBeatle Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 We will be there on Monday with my brother who grew up on KI but now lives in Hershey PA. It should be a fun day.... Quote
KI Kevin Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 As always, much depends on weather. That Sunday is often very busy, but not as busy as the Saturday before. Monday, by comparison, is less busy. Usually. Do you think it will be similar at Six Flags Over Georgia on Sunday? Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 I have every reason to think so. Attendance patterns at large seasonal parks often duplicate each other. Again, much depends on the weather. Quote
Beast1979 Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Hopefully I will be at a small Grove on Labor Day, Flying on my Scooter, enjoying the company of my Teddy Bear, and jumping off Cliffs during Tornados, if anyone knows this park, they'd know I'm not the least bit concerned about crowds.
