Does anyone know if Wild Beast at PCW is a clone of The Beast. I searched for it on rcdb, but all they had was the lift hill. I was wondering if it had the double helix and the tunnels, and if it went through the woods?

Well, seeing as how The Beast at PKI is constructed utilizing the terrain as much as possible, I'm going to say no. It would be pretty difficult in the engeneering stages to clone The Beast without the same terrain, and would be a terrible waste of time. So don't quote me on this, but probably not.

I don't think they're the same. If they were then that sucks.

I believe that the Wilde Beast at PCW is loosely based on Coney Island Cincinnati`s Wildcat. Also, the Mighty Canadian Minebuster is loosely based on the Shooting Star from Coney Island.

The Grizzly coasters at PKD and PGA are based on the Coney Island Wildcat as well.

Umm...no. It really couldn't be a clone. For one thing, The Beast is THE LONGEST wooden coaster. That means the actual longest one. Not tied with one. Also, there wouldn't really be any possible way for another coaster to be a clone. The Beast is located in the woods, and bends and twists according to the terrain. The Wild Beast is probably some poor attempt to get publicity for that park. The Beast is one of a kind!
