Pass Renewals for 2010

It was nice of Kings Island to offer such a great price for the renewal passes.

They have extended it once already.

Do you think with todays economy and the current pass holders that live away from the park (other states) that they should keep offering this renewal price until the last day of Haunt? (Last operating day for the park).

This would provide everyone with a chance to renew and enjoy this great price. Some could not make those dates, but still are going to come to at least one Haunt.

If you haven't renewed by now, would you if it were extended?

If this intrest you, then call the park and speak your mind, if enough of us call maybe they will extend it.

1-800-288-0808. I already called and was told no they would not extend it.

What's your opinion?

On a second note: Do you think a key fob separately or with a pass (like the grocery stores use) would work for passes? It could hold the pass bar code, and the chances of loosing it seem less. I would carry mine on my keys.

If they once again offer the free parking I will renew this year...even if they wouldn't extend that great offer. That is a 100% honest answer...and so is this...what with the park "losing" both Nick and Scooby I think it might be a little tougher year for the park to sell Season Passes next year. What do I base this on? My sister & brother-in-law have been Season Pass holders for the last 7 years...and one of their sons for 2 years. They are SERIOUSLY on the fence whether they are going to buy them for next year...I think they are probably leaning against buying them...but the $69.99 would probably push them over to re-purchase them. In the past we have always felt that we got our money's worth at the $89.99 price...BUT that is when we would make (at least) 3 visits. (We live in Illinois) As I stated, now that there will be no Nick OR Scooby, my sister has already been researching her other options. It makes me sad to think that I probably will not be seeing the park quite as much next year as I usually do. (It's not the same going alone.)
