A. Beaver
Hi all!!! I am new to this board, but was very excited to find it. I have lots of questions about PKI? First and foremost, what happened to karaoke. I went to the park early in the year and it was my favorite part of the day. The host was hot!!! I went home and practiced a song that was on the list so I could sing next time I came back, and then it was not there anymore. They host was there, but he had a nametag on. It looked like he was an usher or something. What's up with that? Does anyone important read these boards looking for feedback? If so, bring back karaoke!!! Anyone in agreement? BoObKiNoS
I think its still there, its sharing a stage right now with vibe. I never understood why people liked it anyways. They pay like 40 some dollars to get into the park then sit there and watch their selves sing. AND most of them suck. I dont get it
mars1825
Karaoke is done for the year, I believe.
7D Rules
I think you missed the point of Karaoke. Yes, most of the people can't carry a tune, but it is meant for people to sing along with current songs and have a good time doing it. I don't think anyone is trying to launch a career from it. I would like to see it come back because families seem to enjoy watching eachother making fools of themselves and they have fun doing it. That's the whole point of going to PKI...to have fun...is it not?
DanielRadsgrl
I loved it. One time me and my sister did it and we sang like idiots on perpous. And it was fun. And then one time me and my friend sang seriously and it was fun too. I wish it would come back.
Jumpin Jack
I agree. I always like karaoke, and there was always a big crowd there... And who was that host this pre-season? He was the man.
italianchef
The Karaoke show was held from April 12th to May 25th. I reckon it'll return in some form nexy year - as it seems to be a perennial attraction. Italian Chef
Return_of_Yogi
Since SHman is on hiatus I'll cover this one........THe Host in the Preseason was Either Nate...or Dave. Mostly Nate, and of course there was DJ Scott. I think it should make it's Triumphant return in post season.
Shman
Hey everyone.....I am here (one of the few times this summer) Anyways....Karaoke was always a really fun show....in fact one of the most popular....It had some of the highest attendence numbers of all the shows. Anyways.....Karaoke will be back this Fall starting in late August. As a result of the high demand....(People ask the entertainment staff about it everyday at least 3 times) They are going to bring back the show once all the other shows end. As for the hosts....look for a new host this fall....(but you will probably recognize this one from around the park.) And look for the triumphant return of D.J. Scott (who by the way A. Beaver....is much hotter than either host .......especially that old man Nate.....and he can sing much better too!!!!!!) As for the Host who was wearing a nametag.....I think he just wears that to look like he is important or something.
Jumpin Jack
Nate is not old... Much... May not be much to look at, but what a low blow.
