Task Bar Blocking Your Text Box?

Featured Replies

okay, first i know that i started a topic about the new forum skin right after it was changed, and i now believe that i have found a solution for the users who have complained about the task bar being in the way of their text boxes. to move the bar do the following.

  • click "my settings" (avalible from your drop down bar in the top right corner of the page.)
  • when in your settings, scroll down to where it says "Enable visual (RTE) editor?" and check the box beside it.
  • after doing so click "save changes" at the bottom of the screen and the task bar should no longer be in the way

at least it worked for me.

also i posted this in the topic i started awhile back incase users look there for a solution to the problem.

Looks to have worked perfectly. Nicely done. Glad someone was able to finally solve this issue. Thank you so much.

Bingo! You are a genious! Thanks for figuring this out. :-)

They say a genius is born every day, at least we know who that was on Wednesday December, 2 1992!! Thank you, no more cut and past from word.

WOOHOOO!!!! It worked! Thank you so much coaster_junky! No more hitting enter a bunch of times to see my text below the toolbars, then going back to erase those blank lines when I'm done typing everything!
