March 30, 201016 yr Whirl Helicopter has signed a multi-year deal with Six Flags to provide park rides in it's Atlanta, New Jersey and Los Angeles theme parks. March 30, 201016 yr Very interesting. I figured when Kings Island tried it, and then it phased out after only a few years, that concept was done with right then and there. It seems like both the start-up and operating costs for a helicopter ride are rather high.. but they must be justifying it somehow.
March 30, 201016 yr Author I am quite sure that the contractor pays the parks for the privilege. The question is whether the concessionaire can make it!
