April 5, 201016 yr Six Flags may have provided the prize in exchange for advertising...or the sponsor may have paid for it. As indicated in Item 16, the Six Flags logo may or may not have been used with the permission of Six Flags. Regardless, if Six Flags was paid for the prize, then the trademark usage is fair use. If not, it was doubtless part of any agreement between the sponsor and Six Flags. There may not have even been such an agreement. I can run a contest tomorrow and give a prize of a week at a Hilton Hotel...with or without Hilton's permission. I won't be, but I could. That's the first sentence of Item 16...
