Selling Third eye Blind Tickets

Featured Replies

A couple people couldn't go this weekend and so I am gonna get rid of the tickets.

Selling them for face value $5.00. These are concert admisson only tickets so you must either buy a ticket or have a season pass.

Email me if your interested.

Wow... scalping tickets online is not a good idea and you should know better. Your not allowed to even give tickets away at the park, you have to turn them over to Admissions. The park doesn't give refunds for them either. You certainly can't sell any tickets on park property either, and we can actually arrest you for doing so. Mr. Aaron should close this and/or delete it and if you want to do stuff like that try to do it in a more private setting, like PMing or IMing people about it...

I don't see this as scalping...He has tickets that won't be used and wants to give someone else the chance to use them...Not jackin up the price or anything...

Incorrect Dragon Lord. You're thinking about PKI rules as opposed to state laws. He can sell the ticket up to and including face value all he wants, but if he wants to sell them for over face value, then he'll need an Ohio (or KY) vendor's license. This is mainly so they can collect taxes on the profit.

The reason why PKI doesn't allow this is simple -- if you give out a ticket, that's one less ticket that they'd sell. Same with selling them, if you have a ticket that you want to get rid of, who's stopping you from selling it for $4 right outside of the Timberwolf? If the ticket goes to waste, PKI still has your money plus the money that the potential buyer would have to spend on a ticket.

Last time I checked the PKIU servers were not on Kings Island's property. Admissions does not deal with concert only admissions. Thats ticketmaster. I am not selling on park property unless they own West Chester. I just wanna get rid of em. Thats all. There REALLY good seats. I even sent FOF into harms way to get me them.
