CF with some changes

Featured Replies

This is a poll where you can express what you think KI's current owners would be like if a few changes were applied.

I don't think that much would change if the park was completely relinquished of their debt. Dick Kinzel has said that most of Cedar Fair's capital investments in the next few years will be at Cedar Point, so I don't think much would change at Kings Island. He said this in an interview talking about the financial outlook of Cedar Fair in 2010 being brighter than 2009.

I think the only thing that would change Kings Island would be the change of management. Granted this change could be for better or for worse. I voted optimistically by saying that changing the management would make it better. With that being said, I'm not sitting here screaming "Out with the old!" I like the way Cedar Fair is running the park, but that's just me. They might not be improving the park at a great pace (this might change when/if the debt is gone), but I think the park is moving in the right direction.

So true. KI will never go as the front runner in the CF empire. Things will improve over time but I do not think to mosts satisfaction. TAFT! Come home and buy back the park! :)
