crosscountry4891
I was looking at the American Coaster Enthusiasts website and they said that The Beastie was once an ACE Classic. Does anyone know why it was taken away from The Beastie? http://www.aceonline.org/classics/
Rollercoast18
It was probably taken away from The Beastie because they added seat belts to the ride. "ACE Coaster Classics allow riders to slide from side-to-side. A coaster with any restraint or device that restricts this freedom is not eligible for ACE Coaster Classic status. BoddaH1994
wah wah wah... God, I hate ACE! Any coaster designed by John Allen is a classic!
Beastfreak
He doesn't care who you hate... well actually he probably wouldn't be too happy you hate people, but any who... ACE rules. Its just the few that make the whole look so bad.
SOB_TOM
But the actions of the few reflects on the many. ACE is one of the few organizations that strives to save those older coaster and parks that would otherwise turn into your pop cans and condos. I have been a member for awihle now, and although I do not understand why some ACErs think they are gods, I try to educate the public as much as they want to learn. JIMMY JAMZ
Doesn't the ACE Classic status mean un-divided seats and not seat belts? The Racer here in Kennyood once was an ace classic and lost its status when they got new trains and put divided seat style trains.
