This tragedy continues to get worse by the hour. I remember this happening with the Loma Prieta quake in 1987. (San Fran)

Wow. Can you imagine the logistics of that. Very well done...and during a very frightening and tragic event...

The have preparedness down to a science over there it seems. It's pretty frightening to see the floor roll like it did during that quake, and I can only imagine how it felt compared to the 7.2 of the San Fran quake.

The videos of Santa Cruz were pretty frightening as well. Haven't seen anything about the boardwalk yet.
