Well, seeing as it's almost summertime I just thought it'd be interesting to hear what everybody thinks of the Kings Island season so far.

The vote is on a scale of 1 (absolutely terrible) to 10 (absolutely perfect), and the part 1 is out of 3 and the other 2 parts will be posted at the end of the summer, and at the end of the entire season.

I'd give the park about a 6 or 7.

As a standalone park? I'd say 6.5 - 7.

Compared to recent seasons? 8.

Compared to all seasons since 1972? I'd guess a 5.

Based on the lack of Tomb Raider: The Ride? 2.

Not to be a downer (and i'm not just saying it to bring it up), but something just feels incomplete about the park with Son of Beast sitting there. I love the park just as much as the rest of you, but unlike most it really bugs me to see it sitting there. My dream season? Take 2001 and add Diamondback and you might have the best Kings Island I could ever imagine! Son of Beast at 100%, King Cobra, and Phantom Theater? No question

I'd say an 8. Just as good as last year, but some points are deducted because it's taking so long for WindSeeker to open.

^ Thats true but you can't be mad at KI for it being late, blame Mondial (sp?), but they just want to make sure its safe. Don't mean to sound rude.

Speaking of WS, I havent seen it testing as much as I thought it was.

I would give it a 7. Opening day had its hiccups but that is to be expected, and since then it has been pretty good everytime I have been to the park. I cannot wait for the summer to get in full swing.
