So CF buys land adjacent to Carowinds, but only a few years prior sells the land next to Canada's Wonderland to help with "debt reduction". I don't get it.

Pressure from lenders was MUCH greater then. And the Canadian land sold commanded a very high price. Carowinds was in desperate need for more land, as was Dorney, where FUN also acquired more land recently.

I guess we all can rest easy now that Ouimet is in charge.
