But as Daniel Tosh mentioned in a recent episode, does ANYONE actually read the Terms And Condtions before checking the box?! Yes. Me. Did you really not think I would? It's a contract. It means something. More than once I have stunned a salesperson who had just told me a contract I was reading was just boilerplate and did not mean anything. Fine, says I.
