Rocket Ships at Geauga Lake

Featured Replies

When Cedar Fair bought Geauga Lake, a set of Harry Traver Rocket Ships were on site. Where are they now? Any chance Mr. Ouimet could get them out to California Adventure his old employer and restore them, perhaps installing them at the flagship park?

SIGH.

I have been informed by PM that two of said Rocket Ships were at Cedar Point last fall, both as props. One for Halloweekends, one at Coasters restaurant.

I can only hope there's some major changes to some parts of CF's fall operations in the coming year(s).

I grew up riding those rockets, I was sad when they were removed for Mind Eraser. It pains me to see them in their current state.

They were being used as props at the Aurora property also, before the CF takeover.
