coasterrz Posted May 13, 2004 Share Posted May 13, 2004 I know that in Charles Jaques Jr.`s book, in the first couple of pages he said that the Coney Island book was the first in a series of three about Cincinnati amusement parks. The secon book was to be about Kings Island and the third book about American/Lesourdville Lake and Chester Park. Last I heard is that Charles was busy promoting the Coney Island book. However, that has been out for more than a year now. Does anyone know if he has started writing the Kings Island book or when he plans to release it? coasterdime Posted May 13, 2004 Share Posted May 13, 2004 I remember someone saying it was to be released in 2003, so last Christmas I began looking for it. A manager at Walden Books (who was a park enthusiast) said to start looking for it Christmas 2004, at the earliest. I have all of his books so far. Kennywood and CI are especially good. I also know that originally a date of 2003 was tossed around, but nothing official. Whenever it comes out, I hope it is as good as the Coney book!
