The Interpreter
An interesting article that may have some familiar strategy expressed therein by one of the most adept, professional and truly nice people in the industry: http://bridgewater.patch.com/articles/relive-your-youth-at-great-adventure-9ea04c0a Worth a read. And a thought or two.
gad198
Nice article. Great Adventure is probably my favorite park to be at when crowds are manageable, which they were both Saturday and Sunday. It's nice to see that they're bringing back some of the flats and adding new ones, as that's really the only area they really lack at the moment. I see that they did not mention anything about the current state of that parking lot. It costs $20 to park there and yet the parking lot is in bad shape. They need to do a repave of that parking lot sooner rather than later. On a brighter note, the ride ops (particularly on Nitro and El Toro) are really quick and have been consistently good on every visit I've made to the park in the last few years. I love the fact that they genuinely try to get larger guests to fit if they're on the line.
