The Interpreter
Interesting. Even more interesting is the no mention of Q-Bots, Flash Pass, etc., particularly since "fair" IS mentioned. http://www.forbes.com/sites/larissafaw/2012/05/25/professional-line-talkers-and-flash-mobs-coming-soon-to-a-queue-near-you/
KIfan73
I can think of some rides at Kings Island that had designers that must have been ahead of their time.
BB1
Man I miss those tv monitors in The Beast line, football is always fun to watch before a good ride! As said, I can personally believe about the statement about the line being the first part of the ride at Disney parks, its the rising action! Refer to Tower of Terror, Tomb Raider, and Haunted Mansion revamp line area, man so many good memories, thanks for posting!
The Interpreter
At Cedar Point on busy days a deejay entertains in some of the longer lines. What with the debut of Fast Lane, 'twill be interesting to see if this continues. The Great Adventures of the world have already drastically cut back on this practice, or eliminated it. Cedar Fair had already cut back--nearly eliminated Queue TV, but then installed a few large flat panels in some parks.
