khaoskat
Hubby got a chance to do some extra work last night in the area, so I packed us all up, dropped him off and we spent about 2 hours in the park. Had a great...got in the park about 8:30 and headed to the kids area. 2 of them rode the swings; then daughter went to the bumper cars while the two eldest boys went to Woodstock Express. After 2 stops of the bumper cars, daughter finally got a full ride time on it. From there to the kids old fashioned cars where the youngest 3 rode. Then off to the little blue train where eldest two rode that while the youngest two rode the beetles (X3) back to back. Then we headed over to Dodgem so eldest could ride one of the big kids rides...watched the fireworks and headed back to the front of the park and to our car. It was an awesome time, the kids had a lot of fun, and really enjoyed the chance to see the park at night (took in the sights of the lights as we wandered from the kids are to dodgem.!!!! khaoskat
Thanks Terp!!!! Ah yes, my youngest (just turned 2 about 3 weeks ago) loved the Beetles ride, so much so that I had to use my cell phone to capture his gleeful cackles and smiles on video!!!! My daughter calls them the lady bug ride, took us 2 weeks to figure out what ride she was wanting to ride, but I did it Friday night. Cannot wait for another chance to take the kids (even if hubby comes) at night. They thought it was cool for the lights and are going to dig up their 3D glasses.
