I made that just for this purpose. I shall be using it more often too :D

This is completely off topic but it's been bothering me...is your profile picture of a broken picture or is it just my computer?

...it's sposed to be the drop of The Hulk, but it isn't working so... I'll keep it as a broken link or whatever.. Oh wait, while writing this my profile picture on the side is the flames that it used to be.. Hmmmmmmm

I had the flames as well, then I bypassed my cache. Now it's broken for me as well. I would try re-uploading it and see if that solves the problem.

Gee, I don't know whether to Like that post or hate it! I may have an unhealthy love for the late Crypt.... =P

EDIT: If I had a dislike button, I would definitely dislike jdawg's post a billion times.

Me did not. Sure wish I coulda grew years prior, but alas, I did not.

As I understand, the worst year to hit the ride was 2007. Frequent break downs, broken effects (sparks, techno rays, black light paint, water shut off). Keep in mid, this ride was under FUN, not Paramount.

I find it fun to wonder what could have been. Come 2011, would Tomb Raider: The Ride be in a worse shape than in 2005? Would it be operational, even? Would it be worth a ride, or just a "Well, I guess I'll ride for a count..." kinda ride?

The Crypt was fun. That's what it was, never meant to be thrilling IMHO. The hang time against the OTSR's was enough "thrill" for me.

I would go into better detail (as if anyone cared), but an iPad isn't my preferred method of type.

...Uh... 4 weeks after opening half of the effects didn't work. Paramount had wonderful rides....when they first open. Afterward they just died off. The breakdowns were very common. Esp. right before the "hang time" as you dropped into the lava pit. Paramount wouldn't have kept the ride any better than it was. (Of course all of the scenery would have stayed) but even then, I bet the eyes may have never worked the same. Fog was on the ride for...what? a year if that?!
