I was watching this video on YouTube and wanted to know what's the story behind it?

That's been posted here before. That's Williams Grove in Mechanicsburg, PA. It was run in connection with the Williams Grove Speedway. The park, like many, closed when it was no longer making much, if any, money.

In this case, the phenomenal growth at Hersheypark and a failure to update the park to compete were major factors. It was also a VERY hard park to find, and GPS was uncommon back then.

I loved that park and miss it terribly.
