Hey guys, I'm going to Carowinds soon, and wanted to know what would be the best day to visit? Going to Myrtle beach for the week getting in town Monday leaving Saturday. So I can drive up any day. pending weather.

any help would be great. or suggestions on where to stop and eat at?

Go to Boomerang Bay, just go.

Go to Boomerang Bay, just go.

Boomerang Bay at Carowinds is not all that good... Just Sayin'

But, it is one of the last of it's kind......just sayin'

BB1, the one who knows the breed is dying off.

Yeah but does the theme really matter? The Australian thing is cool, but they just need to add some more rides to that place

It's really not that great of a waterpark. They badly need a new slide complex there. But I would say the best day to go is a weekday. NEVER go on Saturdays.

Yeah, I was thinking monday or Tuesday. I hope school is back in session that week.

Be forewarned, carowinds ends daily operations on the 18th. Also they are only open 10-8 on the 12th-16th.

Avoid Saturdays of course. Any week day will be low crowds and lines.

Boomerang Bay is pretty lacking as far as modern updates.

With it being my home park, I've been wanting to see a toilet bowl, master blaster or some other big addition to the water park for a while.

Wet N Wild Emerald Point is a much better water park up in Greensboro, NC.

I will more then likely be there tuesday the 13th. Go to nascar HoF first, then carowinds. Far as BB i'm not a fan of water parks, so most likely pass.
