Now people... lets give him a chance...

If you are talking about the big green and white tent... then it definetly ain't over Down Under Thunder.

Now if you are talking about Down Under Thunder, then you mean the slides which are right behind that tent. Which of course would mean you are talking about the metalic support structure on the loading platform. If this is the case, then no, I do not believe it was there last year, however it seems rather odd that they'd put that up so soon, especially since Queen City Awnings is the company they puts up the awnings and the support structures. They don't put them up usually until right before the waterpark opens, however they could have put it up right after they took down the awnings from last year.

On the tour, Jeff mentioned that all the platforms for slides will have coverings so that it will bne shady at the top and not blinding sun. I know that the support structure for the awnings was in place for the construction tour. Either they put it in when they removed the other ones from the park, or they went ahead and put in the framework now to check off another item on the lilst before opening day in May.

Since you happening to be talking about cannopys beastfreak, do you think they can make some for the decks where the life guards stand at wipeout beach?

Last year the umbrellas they have was blowing in the flowrider when the wind picked up metal base and all , the rider was lucky not to be hurt .
