The ones I found nobody is home I sent an email and haven't heard anything back. Are these closed until April? I have some issues with 3 of my 5 platinum passes that I need to get resolved. malem Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 Marketing at Cedar Fair in Sandusky probably won't be able to help with a season pass issue at any park. If the issue concerns a technical issue with the online store or payment plan, you might need to call the phone number for that. 407-261-4291 For anything else, you would contact the park. They might not be able to resolve season pass issues until closer to the beginning of the season.
