Land of Oz was started by Grover Robbins of Tweetsie Railroad and Rebel Railroad (Dollywood). The interesting thing is the park is basically an housing development now but pretty much intact or restored. Translation, they know full well it wouldnt survive as a theme park. Sounds like it started as a tourist trap. Atleast something came of Tweetsie Railroad.
