KIextreme
So after the 2013 season was over and after haunt. My mom told me that she started the payments for my 2014 Gold pass renewal. But we recently got into a fight and she told my sister that she cancled the payments she was making so i wouldnt have a gold pass. sometimes she says things just to scare me but i am wanting to go next weekend and i need to know if there is a way to see if the payments are being made or if its already been paid off. i havent been to the park this season yet to activate it and i dont want to get up there and it not work. also its the 25th of may and gold passes go away the 26th of may so fast replys would be great. Thanks!
malem
If you have your order ID and e-mail address used to place the order, you can check the payment status here: https://paymentportal.accesso.com/kingsisland/login If you have your physical card or pass voucher, you can either call the park or visit the ticket window with the "online payments" sign. If payments were cancelled or were not successful, you should be able to make the remaining payment(s) at that time. The park's number is 513-754-5700. Magenta Lizard
Unfortunately, even though the pass may be in your name, if the payment plan is in your mother's, you are unlikely to be able to get any information about from another source. You're going to have to make up with your mother eventually, may as well start sooner than later.
oysterman
Hm I'm not sure. She may have been refunded the payments if she told them she was cancelling. Although I do not know the policy. I know when I paid for my Gold Pass in full there was a strict disclaimer that all sales are final. I would just call Kings Island and ask them. 513-754-5700. Good luck! jcgoble3
Welcome to KIC! This is a public forum unaffiliated with Kings Island. Your best bet is to call the park directly or visit Guest Services when you get to the park. If the payments have indeed been canceled, it may be possible (thought not guaranteed) for you to pay the balance at Guest Services. If it is not already paid off, there would probably only be one or two payments left. You would need to ask the park directly about that. Note that Gold Passes going away tomorrow only means that they will no longer be available for new sales. Gold Passes purchased before that date (like yours) can still be processed anytime before the end of the season without losing Gold benefits. EDIT: Beaten ×3. jcgoble3
Do you STILL have permission? If your mother has canceled, or even threatened to cancel, the payments on your pass, she might also no longer approve of this trip. jcgoble3, reminded as to one of the many reasons he has no children
