shadow2k3
Well as most of you may already know, the park was extremely dead today. But I did manage to squeeze in a few hours before I did anything. Workwise we closed one of our shops and a couple of our associates (Namely Me and one other) worked in the stockroom. We have been working on this thing all weekend. For the merch people, you haven't seen big stockroom until you've seen Rock's stockroom. So you guys get off lucky... lol. They gave one associate the oppertunity to go home, so i took the oppertunity. I wasn't in much of a working mood due to some family problems. So i tried riding rides. My first stop was Scooby. I figured I should ride it considering the fact that I have not ridden it yet. I was luke warm about the ride in general. I liked it, but it could of been a little better. *Sigh* i guess it was my mood then.. lol I then took the oppertunity to ride Delerium twice. I rode it last weekend and I absolutley loved it. So I rode it twice this weekend.. lol. If you don't beleive me, ask AZ Kinda Guy. Delerium=Addictive.. Drop Zone was an entirely different story. You see, I have a moderate fear of hights. I say moderate because there are kinds I can stand and can't stand. I can stand on the Eiffel Tower no problem, because there is no way you could fall off of that thing. DZ just brings out the worst in me. It brings two things together that I can't stand. Being up really high and falling (exclude roller coasters). I came off of the ride with numb hands that couldn't move.. I rode SOB in the front car as well. If you have not yet experienced this coaster in the front, I highly reccomend it. The wind in your hair, the roughness of the car. That fact that I actually didn't get a headache.... Face/Off did suprisingly well in terms of force (I also got front/back seat..). Last season I remember almost blacking out on that ride. Today that didn't happen. Go F/O...Thus ends my AZ tour. My Final stop was Coney Mall. I figured I should take a break from all the ride riding, so I make my way towards the Coney Arcade for a little DDR (Dance Dance Revoution for those who don't know...) I brushed up on some old mixes on the Standard difficulty and did nonstop mode. I did decent, but I can do better. I stayed a little longer to watch this one guy who absolutely tore it up! STX, this is a guy you should idolize... he was doing heavy mode the whole time and passed 2 of his songs that were incredibly fast... Paranoia Survivor killed him. But he is danged good... After all of that stuff I give the backwards Racer a ride for old times sake. I ended up getting stuck on the lift hill for about 5 minutes. That was pure fun, let me tell ya. I had lightning right in view of where i was at. Plus it was windy.. lol. Ride went well afer that though. Long story short, I hopped on FOF and SBSP and ended up getting soaked in the process due to that poetic rain... lol. A strange day indeed... ~Shadow~
Inraider
I love DDR, my favorite songs are: LOVE SHINE IN, GRADUATION, and that one song that sounds like its from Ricky Martin. I am still on Light, I just learned to do it about two weeks ago. But, I just recently got a version for Ps2 and I got the dance pad, so I am getting better. Progressively of course. lol. StXBomber
I am one of the DDR masters of the park. Prolly the 2nd best employee, mainly because I am #5 on the leaderboard, losing to 2 people (each with 2 high scores) and one of those people (#1 and #2) isn't an employee. MY FAV SONGS: Cartoon Heroes Can't Stop Fallin in Love (speed mix) Rhythm & Police I play these songs on trick, except CSFIL on maniac (the hardest of the three)
