Can the Cedar Point and Kings Island pass be bought at Kroger?

It depends on what Kroger where.

Deals and pricing vary depending on location. Generally, the cost is less the further away from the park(s).

Call your Kroger and ask.

So we bought a two park pass online and it only gave us one piece of paper with one bar code to print. Is it only supposed one sheet or two? I'm confused.

I assume you bought the Kings Island/Cedar Point combo ticket?

This is supposed to be one ticket with a single barcode. You hang onto it and use it twice - once at Kings Island and once at Cedar Point.
