JubJester Posted October 20, 2014 Author Posted October 20, 2014 During the last 2 Fridays (10/10 and 10/17), I found Vortex to be running as usual, that includes no weird sounds. Running fine Friday. Must of been a wheel problem because what IndyGuy said it was an easy fix. Quote

It got stuck at the top for about 15 minutes. Then it took 5 - 10 minutes to get it lowed down (they were lowering it slow) At least this particular WindSeeker has not had multi-hour evacs like most of the others. At least none that I have heard of. I wonder if something has been changed to make the lowering process quicker than it first was when the other parks had people stuck at the top for 2 and 3 hours. Yea. I haven't heard anything about it being stuck for more than an hour. 1 Quote
JubJester Posted October 20, 2014 Author Posted October 20, 2014 Last Friday I had a very enjoyable ride on Vortex. 5-1 was as smooth as I can remember it ever being. I rode it Friday as well and I enjoyed it as well. I honestly would hate to see the ride go. I was suprised it had a big line on Friday which is good to see. 3 Quote
